Product shipment and delivery times
The product is printed the same day and dispatched within 36 hours. The average delivery time will be specified when you place your order, but is usually between 5 and 9 days, depending on your location.
We do our best to meet delivery deadlines. However, the delivery date is not binding. Cancellation of orders or delays due to postal service, weekends/holidays or any other cause do not entitle the customer to any compensation or penalty for late delivery.
In the case of incorrectly addressed parcels or parcels that are returned to us as unclaimed and for which we have to resend the goods a 2nd time, a flat-rate charge of chf 20.00 or € 20.00 will be invoiced, including the cost of a 2nd shipment as well as the related administrative costs.
Return of goods
If your product contains a defect or fault, you can contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.
Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with reference labels), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your parcel, date as postmark. You are responsible for return postage costs. In the case of a defective product, we will reprint it, and the shipping costs for your new order will be free of charge.
