Products are usually printed on the same day as your order, and leave the workshop within 36 hours.
Delivery times vary from country to country. It usually takes 2 to 6 days for Europe, Switzerland and Luxembourg. You’ll receive your precious sesame within 5 to 9 days of placing your order.
At Switzerland Rocks, we’re committed to providing you with the highest standard of quality in print-on-demand. T-shirts are printed directly onto the fabric using the most high-performance machines on the market. Each product is then checked by hand, carefully packaged and sent to your address.
As each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, except in the case of a damaged product, or one with a printing or manufacturing defect.
We cannot take back your product if you have changed your mind or if the size does not match.

Our delivery service allows you to receive your order almost anywhere in the world, at no extra cost.
Products are shipped from Europe to Europe and overseas, and from North America to the Americas.
We do our best to guarantee fast and secure delivery, but delivery times may vary depending on your country.
We accept credit card payments(Visa / Master Card) as well as Twint and Postfinance payments, via our payment service provider Proxypay and its online payment solution.
The entire payment process between the buyer and Proxypay is fully encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL coupled with electronic banking. Switzerland Rocks has no knowledge of credit card numbers or banking information. The order will be validated upon acceptance of payment by the customer’s bank.
You can also pay in advance by bank transfer. If you pay in advance, you will receive our bank details and instructions when you confirm your order. Please indicate your order number clearly when making your payment, to facilitate processing. You must make your payment within 4 days.
At Switzerland Rocks, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. That’s why all our orders undergo a three-stage quality control process before being dispatched.
However, if a damaged or mislabeled item accidentally passes our quality control, or if it has been damaged during shipment, we assume full responsibility and will replace it free of charge.
